Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a GoGoDuk Map account or using the GoGoDuk Map API (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Free Public Beta
The Service is currently in a free public beta. Features, rate limits, and availability may change without notice. Paid plans are not yet offered; references to PRO or ENTERPRISE in our marketing material describe planned future capabilities.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or scrape map data outside of in-app rendering.
- Reverse-engineer the Service or attempt to bypass rate limits.
- Use the API for surveillance of individuals or for any illegal purpose.
- Submit data that violates third-party intellectual-property rights.
4. Rate Limits & Quotas
Each plan has documented per-minute and per-day request limits. Exceeding them returns HTTP 429. Repeated abuse may result in key suspension.
5. API Keys
You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. Activity performed with your key is attributed to your organization.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Map data is derived from third-party sources and may contain errors. Do not rely on it for safety-critical or navigational use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoGoDuk shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
